The Ukrainian Agro-Industrial & Food Forum took place on 31st May 2018 in Amsterdam, organized by Strategy Council.

EVRIS was represented by Sergiy Benedysiuk, head of corporate and M&A,  and Sergii Papernyk, head of banking & finance and FinTech.

Sergiy Benedysiuk acted as a moderator of the second session, which took place under the title “Case Studies of Implementing the Latest Innovations, Technologies, and Techniques in the Ukrainian Agro-Industrial Sector “. Experts showcased opportunities offered by Ukrainian and Dutch agri-industrial and food communities, shared their experience of introducing such innovations and technologies at their enterprises and discussed the availability of investments and financing of the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine.

As it was noted by the delegates between Ukraine and the Netherlands, there is already a strong connection in the agro-industrial sphere, and this connection is only strengthening with each year. Nowadays, the Netherlands ranks second in terms of imports of Ukrainian agricultural products. In Europe, this country is the importer of the number 1 Ukrainian agro-food products. As we see the establishment of cooperation between the business community, governments and, in general, the two leading countries, become more affordable and productive.
