As law firms transform themselves to become more efficient and client-centric, the more dynamic ones are beginning to realize that team is the most important investment.
Yesterday, our HR Director Iryna Chegryntseva had a chance to share her experience and knowledge on how to transform lawyers’ soft and hard skills in the core expertise to support both the firm and the clients. Simply saying, she provided the audience with the working guide on how to turn individuals into team players.
Iryna advised to pay special attention to the adaptation program for new employees, to find proper motivational programs based not only on the KPI’s, and highlighted steps of reaching up the most of their potential for the benefit of a whole team.
