Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 2824/5 "On Amendments to Certain Application Forms in the Sphere of State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations" came into force in late September. Writ proceedings are relatively new institution in commercial process, which has been operating for less than a year following the entry into force of the new Commercial Procedure Code of Ukraine. In our opinion, the moratorium on alienation of farmland allotments (shares) should be lifted, however, meanwhile, it is impossible to perform without a thorough preliminary preparation.
